Our process

Our process is tailored to reposition your company and bring you to where you need to be. It could end with the creation of a style guide, or a successful launch of your new website. We can also support you long-term with future marketing and brand activities. Our goals is to strengthen your brand and grow your business.

Business goals and

In this phase, we will learn about your priorities and targets. We will focus on what your brand stands for and which emotions you’d like people to experience when thinking about and engaging with your brand.

Market and user research

We will research your competitors and target audience. We will define how to tailor the best user experience to achieve your goals.

Logo design

In this phase, we will define the colour palette, style direction, and custom design of your new logo. It can be a completely new logo or a makeover of your old one. We will make sure the logo is unique and fits your brand perfectly. Logos will be created in different shapes and sizes to be used for all media.

Visual elements of brand

After the logo is done, we will create all other visual brand elements. That includes mascots or characters, typography, posters, banners, business cards, letterheads, vehicle branding, clothing/hats, etc.

Brandbook style guide

In the final phase, we will provide a document with guidelines on how your brand should be presented from a graphical and language perspective. The style guide unites all the brand elements together in one rule book. It helps with cohesiveness and brand consistency.

Suspended Coffees

Suspended Coffees had an outdated website that was slow, difficult to manage, and had no clear and defined branding. They were looking for a partner who could help them with a complete redesign and rebranding process. This included not only the new website but also a new logo, colour palette, and all online and offline marketing materials.

Working with Matt and his team has been an amazing experience. Their knowledge, talent, and skills are incredible.
